Meghan Markle accuses 'The Firm' of 'perpetuating falsehoods' about her and Harry The Duchess of Sussex has accused Buckingham Palace of “perpetuating falsehoods” about her and Prince Harry

In a preview clip from their blockbuster interview with Oprah Winfrey, to be broadcast on Sunday, the Duchess referred to the Royal Family as "The Firm".

The Duchess, 39, said speaking out came with "risk" but a lot had been "lost already" and the couple should not be expected to remain silent.

CBS, the US network, released a new 30-second clip ahead of the two-hour special.

It was the first time the Duchess has been heard giving a full answer to one of Ms Winfrey's questions.
