A Reasonably Priced '20' Volt Transformer Choice for NuTone 'K' Model Door Chimes

NuTone "K" Model Door Chimes (1948 - 1958) require a unique 20 Volt AC Transformer - Which are no longer available - and there's really no modern equivalent made today.
I had an Idea. . . In this Video I explain and show how to use an inexpensive modern Transformer that will work with a NuTone "K" Model Door Chime and not damage the motor in the Chime
