Fans with an extra cool blast a hot seller

Taiwan summers are sweltering, and it seems to get hotter each year. An e-commerce platform says this summer, it''s seeing a surge of interest in portable fans with extra features. One bestseller is a tiny fan that produces a fine mist. Another has a chamber for ice cubes, so that it blows a cool breeze.

Open the little drawer, fill it with ice cubes and press the button to turn on this mini air conditioner. Thanks to the ice cubes, the fan produces an extra-cool breeze, lowering the temperature in a flash.

Then there’s this tiny fan that rotates by 80 degrees and offers three wind speeds. Both these small products have become the favorite of office workers looking to escape the summer heat.

This fan is small and light enough to take anywhere. Take the lid off and fill it with water, and it will spray a refreshing mist.
