Govt identifying Coronavirus 'hotspots'; states to seal borders to stop migrants The Union government held a media briefing to provide the latest updates regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. Lav Agarwal, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, said that the government was identifying 'hotspots' as per high case load of Coronavirus infection. Punya Salila Srivastava, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, spoke about the government's efforts to deal with the mass travel of migrants to their hometowns after the lockdown put a stop to virtually all economic activity, except for essential services.
