Coronavirus outbreak: Canada in tough spot with China's accountability, transparency over COVID-19

Former justice minister and chair of the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights Irwin Cotler says China needs to be held to account and that too many countries, including Canada, have allowed bad behavior by the Chinese government to continue because they fear retribution.
