Non-incisional Contour Upper Blepharoplasty

The Brows, upper lids, lower lids and cheeks are rotated as ONE AESTHETIC Unit. ( upper lids are not cut. ) The KaOgee Jowl Lift sculpted a beautiful facial ogee curve of youth. See the continuous S-shaped curve that is seen from the convexity of the cheeks to the concavity of the lower face.
The Massai Neck Lift created a crisp jawline and a youthful neck that is long skinny and tight.

Non-incisional Contour Upper Blepharoplasty:
One would easily be tempted to just cut the skin, muscle, and fat from the upper eyelid as in a traditional Upper Blepharoplasty. A significant amount of skin, muscle, and fat are typically
removed. When the skin edges are closed, the brows can be pulled down and the eyes look more masculine and hollow (Ex: Renee Zellweger after her Bleph.) The scars may be visible as well.

In this patient, it would have deepened her eyes and created more hollowness around the eyes. Also it would not correct the "sad eyes" where the corners of her eyes turn downwards. We did not cut her lids, we re-draped and sculpted her eyes. The result is naturally beautiful. Keep in mind she is only 4 weeks post op. She still has some swelling left.

The Ponytail Lift rotates, re-drapes, and sculpts the brow, upper eyelid and the lower eyelid/cheek junction as ONE AESTHETIC UNIT. The result is a beautiful, delicate, feminine look without the scars that typically accompany these operations.

This is a beautiful transformation from the top of the head to the bottom of the neck. This was an artistic expression for me and a new lease on life for her.
