This healing is designed to first cut any energetic cords that are attached to you, then put a protective shield around you, and finally, fill your aura with beautiful healing energy. This is a great healing to do when you are around people that drain you, when you find yourself feeling drained for no reason, if you work in the service industry, and/or as an energy maintenance practice.

Listen to it as many times as you feel drawn.

Reiki only helps, never harms. Trust your intuition!
