Marsy's Law Would Provide Peace of Mind - Alex Otte

When Alex Otte was 13 years old, while sitting still on a jet ski in Lake Herrington, she was run over by a boat going over 60 miles an hour - leaving her with permanent injuries. The driver, who was severely intoxicated, paid a fine of $250. Alex was not given notification upon his release, nor when he continued to reoffend. Victims of crime deserve better. It’s time for Marsy’s Law.
