We know dandruff is a skin problem. The outermost layer of scalp skin dumbed same place. its a common condition that causes skin on the scalp to flakes. Its not a serious issue its common but this thing will be change to dermatitis like psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, etc...

First step clean your stomach. (This is very important step )
Take one glass luke warm water mix with Castor oil half spoon, olive oil half spoon, himalayan salt (pink salt)two pinch
Drink this mix on empty stomach then again drink 3 to 4 glass water over this mix
Do this cleaning method twice a month or 15 days gap

Please do not clean your stomach if you are a pregnant lady or you have any heart related issue. Or consulting with your doctor thats safe.

Then avoid unhealthy food habit given below
You can eat Meat, fish, egg, yogurt, honey, milk
But not eat this combinations
Meat+yogurt
Fish+yogurt
Egg+yogurt
Meat, fish, egg+honey
Meat +fish
Meat+egg
Meat+milk
Horse gram +yogurt (its vary delicious but not healthy )

This will damage your digestive system then get motion sickness. Come pimples, skin related issues, like Alopecia, dermatitis, psoriasis etc...
So less or avoid this food habits get rid of dandruff.
Do not add more spices like red chili, power salt, fry items, refined product's, packet foods etc...in your diet this all will damage metabolism then your skin become dry come dandruff, get life style disease and skin disease

Eat healthy eat proper time drink enough water

Eat daily Two spoon sprouts (green gram sprouts )rich in vitamin E
Support skin become healthy prevent dandruff
Eat as raw or half cooked

Do daily sunbath get enough vitamin D

Eat sesame seeds black or white 2 spoon (calcium enrich, lot of mineral ) eat after food

Eat any of one fruit
