Call for Participation - Mental Health Awareness Series

Call for Participation - Mental Health Awareness Series October 10th is World Mental Health Day. It's aWorld Health Organization (WHO) campaign aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. All of us at Subtle Asian Voices (SAV) are extremely excited to launch a series of videos in support of this effort over the next few weeks. Further, we are extremely excited to have Wendy Guo & Tiffany Chau leading our efforts from SAV on this initiative.

If you're interested in participating in some of our videos over the next few weeks, please reach out to us at subtleasianvoices@gmail.com. Looking forward to hearing from you all!

Subtle Asian Voices - we conduct weekly interviews with whoever wants their voice to be heard - either via zoom or in person, and live stream it to YouTube each Saturday! We cover topics that are prevalent within the Asian American community, facilitating discussions about things like mental health, relationships, and activism within the community, just to name a few. Our goal is to allow the Voices of the Asian American Community to be heard through these discussions about important issues. We hope that this channel fosters change and creates an environment for education and learning not just within the Asian American community, but also among other ethnic communities so that we can keep moving forward in a positive direction, making the world a better place.
