As we strive to recognize our Spirituality as individual journeys, we must know that our personal desires or interests play major
roles in influencing the pursuits we make. (our desires make strong impressions about our pursuits)

Though God has placed in us the desire to pursue Divine Love and the Divine Wisdom from it, with us is the tendency to develop "other affections" that are opposite God's intended desires.
