I came across this dish a couple of years ago while working in a Middle Eastern restaurant in Toronto and on this joyous day, I tried to recreate it. I must say the taste is heavenly, juicy and homemade.
Bonus Tips:
1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using
2. For best results, chop onions, garlic, ginger in a food processor(our processor broke) 😅
3. Grill over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on one side, turn over and grill for another 5 minutes
