HOW TO GET || CSR FUND | FOR NEW NGO/TRUST | What are Funding Agencies? (IN 2020) Companies are willing to provide support to NGOs in terms of funding, and also in terms of volunteers for the projects. This will also give them a 'hands-on' experience of the NGO sector.
There are websites that release reports from time to time with top listed Indian companies and their CSR budget as well as actual spend. Once you have shortlisted companies from these reports that you would like to target, you will have to put in some effort trying to scout out the right CSR contacts at these companies that you can approach. Once you have researched and ensured that the CSR objectives of these target companies are aligned to the solutions you are offering, you could run an email and phone campaign to approach with them your product/service offerings. भारत में कॉर्पोरेट सोशल रेस्पोंसिबिलिटी (CSR) के नियम अप्रैल 1, 2014 से लागू हैं. इसके अनुसार जिन कम्पनियाँ की सालाना नेटवर्थ 500 करोड़ रुपये या सालाना आय 1000 करोड़ की या सालाना लाभ 5 करोड़ का हो तो उनको CSR पर खर्च करना जरूरी होता है. यह खर्च तीन साल के औसत लाभ का कम से कम 2% होना चाहिए. CSR नियमों के अनुसार, CSR के प्रावधान केवल भारतीय कंपनियों पर ही लागू नहीं होते हैं, बल्कि यह भारत में विदेशी कंपनी की शाखा और विदेशी कंपनी के परियोजना कार्यालय के लिए भी लागू होते हैं.
