Nepal PM K P Oli may have trouble inside his own Communist Party, but he has manoeuvred to persuade the opposition Nepali Congress to join his government in making a new map for Nepal which includes a large swathe of Indian territory, says ThePrint's Nayanima Basu. Hours before Nepal votes to do this, Army chief Gen M M Naravane said India-Nepal relations will always remain strong.
