South Africans should brace themselves for load shedding this winter. But, Eskom Group Chief Executive Officer, Andre De Ruyter, says this will only be limited to three days. The power utility has not, however, specified when stage 1 load shedding will come into effect. Eskom also says it's focusing on its procurement spending despite challenges it faces like rampant theft and vandalism.
