You ask, I deliver but ... I'm a bit extra with it. Something that is a necessity right now and that everyone should have are face masks. Although it does not give you complete protection from the virus , it helps reduce the risk of spreading to other people . This DIY face mask tutorial will have a filter pocket that should help with some degree of protection depending on the filter material you use. You can use a salt water solution on paper towels, toilet paper squares or napkins and let it dry overnight. This is great to put between your cloth layers.
I will also be showing you how to add a removable eye shield - this helps a lot for persons who like to rub their eyes or their hands are always in their faces. Hand-washing, and the avoidance of face touching are by far the most effective ways to protect yourself. So make sure when you are out to walk with your surgical alcohol spray and antibacterial.
I thought out doing a removable eye shield because the plastic could possibly warp or melt if you use a washing machine.
You can use any printable pattern that you see online so I will just be going through my pattern making process really quickly. These are my measurements and what works for me . If you have a wider face, I suggest adding an inch to the width of the pattern.
