In this video I go through how to fix the recent bug with Valorant giving the "anti-cheat not finished installing reboot pc" error. It seems many people are having issues with it so I did some online research and found a fix that worked for me and others. PLEASE NOTE: Safe Mode boot requires you to remember your password, you will not be able to use your other sign-in options like pin, facial, finger print and picture (all other options outside of password). You will need to reset password via email in normal boot if you have issues.
It also may be required to do every reboot.
