Mix and match cookie dough pots
Ingredients:
100g soft butter
100g soft light brown sugar
1 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
125g self-raising flour
Chocolate chips, freeze-dried raspberries or whatever topping you fancy!

1. Preheat the oven to 180oC.
2. Beat together the soft butter and sugar in a small bowl, or in the dish you will bake the cookie in. When the ingredients are well combined, stir in the golden syrup and the vanilla extract.
3. Carefully work in the flour, and then stir through the topping ingredients. Press the mixture into the dish, making sure it spreads right into the corners.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the chocolate has melted.
