New incentives to encourage small businesses to sign up and use PayNow The Association of Banks in Singapore is encouraging small businesses to reduce person-to-person contact amid the COVID-19 outbreak. A campaign is set to offer financial incentives to use the digital payment service PayNow. More than two million individuals are already registered to use PayNow. The Monetary Authority of Singapore will continue to work closely with the association to increase the adoption of e-payments.
