Modified Barre Warm Up

Modified Barre Warm Up A modified barre fitness warm up, designed to prepare the muscles for activity. The main objective are to increase heart rate and breathing, increase body temperature and physiologically prepare the body for exercise. This warm up is modified to reduce the amount of work coming into the upper body and shoulders. Please make any additional modifications as needed.
