Luxembourg is doing better than Sweden despite having a much higher coronavirus prevalence

Today I actually look into Luxembourg, as they have a very high prevalence per 100,000 but a much lower case fatality rate. Luxembourg has a high population density and of course a much smaller population. Yet the seem to be doing a better job keeping the afflicted alive. Real difference? Data collection difference? It's debatable, but that's what we need to do. We need to analyze the data and figure things out.
