╰➢ stay hydrated! many sub users started to drink more water, and then results started to truly show. it also helps with headaches when overworking your ‘subconscious’.
╰➢ listen as much as you can! well, many not more than 4 hours in one sitting but you get the point. you can’t possibly expect full results in one listen, try to loop it! if you’re on your computer double click, if you’re on your phone put it in a playlist and loop it there.
