Establishing some standard operating procedures (SOP) out at BAG

We trying to get some normalcy out at BAG. The long-awaited concrete fence is about to go up; we've reached the water level in the deep well; about to start the building the foundation of the security house; moving small amounts of plants from compound to the land. And we are identifying the cream of the crop (contractors) who will move forward with us.
