Lunch-
2 tablespoons (35g) kewpie mayo
2 tablespoons cognac mustard (38g) or any whole grain mustard
Generous fresh ground black pepper

Dinner, leftover fried rice-
1 bunch green onions
1-2 large carrots cut into pieces
1/2 cup frozen peas
3 whole eggs
1 inch piece ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp (15g) brown sugar
1.5 tablespoons (25ml) dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon (15ml) Chinese black vinegar or rice vin
3.5 cups cooked rice
1 tablespoon (15ml) sesame oil
