If Wednesday's front/back splits wasn't tricky enough, then have a go at these box splits!!

Remember that these flexibility exercises take time, patience and perseverance. Jasper has been training as an elite athlete for a number of years, so it takes time, effort and practice to get this good! Keep trying to do these flexibility exercises (as well as the other strength exercises) each week to see physical gains.

Push yourself and do your best at completing these exercises as well as you can.....and if nothing else, marvel at Jasper's level of flexibility!
