Background Music App - 06 - Using concurrent NPM Commands

Here I add concurrently to the project dev dependencies so that I can run webpack dev server and electron concurrently, from just one npm script command.

About the project:
Another quick build for an app to be used to help me develop this channel. This time it's a background music player / generator that'll take in audio clips, categorize them, and then generate a dynamic soundtrack to the videos.
